City Art Boutique Hotel is housed in a restored 1896 building designed by architect Udo Ribau, known for its brick and wrought iron details. Originally the home and workshop of hat maker Jacque Lamar, the hotel is officially registered as a cultural monument. Located in downtown Ruse, it overlooks a quiet street just 150 meters from the main pedestrian zone.
